Clarendon Park consists of 40 apartments organized in eight Courts, situated on The Warren and The Gables, Oxshott. The Courts are named after species of trees. Beech, Ash and Oak Courts are in The Warren, numbers 1 to 12, postcode KT22 0SB. Maple, Cedar, Elm, Birch and Willow Courts are in The Gables, numbers 1 to 29 (there is no number 13), and postcode KT22 0SD. The locations of the Courts, with the apartment numbering, are shown on the site plan available here (or download it as a PDF here). The setting of the apartments reflects the sylvan environment of Oxshott. The apartments sit in approximately 9 acres of wooded and landscaped grounds with the resulting wildlife of birds (woodpeckers, jays, tits, chaffinches, etc.), foxes, and the occasional deer. In the past, badgers were also reported. The environment of Clarendon Park is tranquil and peaceful. This is one of the estate's greatest attractions.
